Angee Melange

Angee Mélanĝe is an award-winning singer-songwriter from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, now based in Atlanta, Georgia. For more than two decades, she has shared her passion for music through live performance, theater, television, and songwriting, earning a reputation for her soulful vocals, engaging stage presence, and genuine connection with audiences.

Her career has been recognized with honors including winning Pittsburgh Idol and the Pittsburgh Hip Hop Award for Best Female Singer. Additional career highlights include performing the National Anthem for the Pittsburgh Pirates, appearing in Shona Sharif's renowned production of Black Nativity, and appearances in productions for BET+, Lifetime, and Tyler Perry Studios.

Known for blending soulful vocals with emotional depth and versatility, Angee creates performances that are both uplifting and memorable. Whether interpreting beloved classics or performing original music, she strives to create moments that inspire, encourage, and bring people together.

Beyond music, Angee is the creator and host of "The Pretty Purposeful Podcast" where she explores conversations around mental health, youth empowerment, social justice, and belonging. Through her advocacy and creative works, she is passionate about about uplifting others and inspiring a more compassionate, connected world.
