J. C. Booth Middle School Chorus

Choir

The J. C. Booth Middle School Chorus is a vibrant, non-auditioned curricular program serving 140 singers across Grades 6, 7, and 8. The program proudly welcomes all students, from those with years of singing experience to those joining a chorus for the very first time.

The chorus is highly active, performing four seasonal concerts annually and making several community appearances. They are consistent participants in the Georgia Music Educators Association (GMEA) annual Large Group Performance Evaluation and have strong student representation in GMEA's All-State Chorus, District Honor Chorus, and the Sixth Grade Statewide Honor Chorus. A yearly highlight includes performing the National Anthem at both Atlanta Braves and Atlanta Hawks games.

With strong administrative and staff support for the arts, and enthusiastic parent involvement, the Booth Chorus maintains the philosophy that there is a place for every student to find their voice and experience the joy of music.
