The truth of reality catches up with us all. Working in hospitals for over 45 years I have experienced this many times. Through these experiences I have sought to bring comfort and understanding to people as they encounter their most difficult days. This is my motivation for writting "Last Leaf on the Tree". This little book covers a lifetime. Through two simple leaves, Branch and Windy, we gain understanding, comfort and hope for ourselves. Hope that warms us, just like the Hope of Christmas, is available to us all. Be of good cheer and behold the joy and hope that comes from realizing there is more to this life than what we see..
